Michael established Taylor & Martin in 2013 alongside Marc Taylor. Michael works closely with developers and provides hands-on guidance and support to new and existing clients.

David Jones
David is a Senior Associate, Head of our East Division and Business Development in the East of Scotland. David is responsible for new business and assisting with operational management across our three offices. During his years in the property sector, he has gained considerable experience, knowledge and understanding of management across a wide range of developments and buildings.



Iain Campbell
Iain has vast experience in asbestos surveying and project management. Iain works closely with property owners to ensure quality customer service and his passion and high standards always shine through.



Shona Fountain
Shona has some 15 years’ experience working in the legal sector. An accredited landlord and member of SAL (Scottish Association of Landlords), Shona has been a vital part of the team since bringing her valuable knowledge of the legal issues surrounding factoring in-house.



Craig Brown
Craig brings several years’ experience from a laboratory environment, responsible for leading a large team of technicians in a very busy and fast paced environment. Craig has developed a keen eye for detail, thorough working practices and a desire to get a correct result in the first instance.



Avril Morrison
Avril has over 20 year’s experience working in Property Management with a passion for customer service. Having previously worked in both the private and public rented sector, Avril has an intimate knowledge of repairs and maintenance. Avril manages a portfolio of properties across Dundee, Fife and Perth.



Ross Baxter
Ross has a wealth of customer service experience as well as hands-on building experience. Ross enjoys communicating closely with his clients and bringing a personal touch to his portfolio.



Ania Jennings
Ania joins us with several years’ experience in the Property Management sector. With a background is in architecture, she brings an eye for detail and precise working practices to our team. She enjoys working with clients to ensure that they receive a personal and professional service.



Garry Lyons
Garry has been involved in residential property management for over 12 years and has knowledge and understanding of modern multi-occupancy developments as well as the traditional Scottish tenement. Garry believes in working collaboratively with owners to provide a personalised property management service. He has considerable experience in working with Homeowners Associations, as well as liaising with Local Authorities on behalf of owners.



Zoe Randalls
Zoe joined Taylor & Martin from a market leading Estate Agent within Glasgow’s West End/ Bearsden locale and also has a background in Design. Delivering a high level of customer service is a key driver for Zoe, along with building relationships with clients and offering a hands-on approach. Zoe has great attention to detail and a real enthusiasm for both property and architecture alike.



Rachel Melville
Property Manager
As an archaeology and historic buildings conservation graduate, Rachel has a passion for the maintenance and preservation of Glasgow’s traditional buildings. After completing her studies, Rachel spent 5 years working in hospitality management where she honed her customer service and leadership skills. Rachel continued her career in property management by combining her background in archaeology and conservation with her management experience. Rachel brings a holistic approach to preserving and managing buildings whilst also ensuring they are operational and sustainable for years to come and helps maintain and manage properties with the highest level of care and attention to detail.



Luciano Pia
Accounts Manager
Previously a commercial client accountant, Luciano has worked in the sector for more than a decade. He assists the team with all aspects of billing, purchase ledger and maintaining the database to ensure accurate billing of quarterly charges to clients.



Lynsey Kelly
Senior Associate
Lynsey joined Taylor & Martin as a Senior Associate in 2022 with over three decades of experience in property management, she is an extremely skilled professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry and is a welcome asset to the company.
Throughout her career, Lynsey has successfully managed a diverse portfolio from substantial to small intricate developments.
Due to this experience within the industry she has developed exceptional communication and problem solving skills with a hands-on approach when assisting clients on a day to day basis.
